“The Guest Services staff at the C.S. Mott Children’s and Von Voightlander Women’s hospitals play an important role in providing safety and security for our patients—most of whom are too young to protect themselves—families and staff. They also provide the first impression of the caring environment we want visitors to feel in their other, and equally important, role as customer service ambassadors.”

Paul A. King, Former Executive Director C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital & Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital 2013 - 2019
